Through the past few years, I have experienced many different methods of Energy Healing. I’ve also learned about meditation, relaxation and their benefits on mind, spirit and body.
I have healed many people with different body and mental issues and I managed to come up with my own method of Energy Healing.
This method is very easy to learn and is practical for everyone. As you can see the name of my method, we work more on mind and thoughts. When we learn the right way of thinking, we can reduce stress level and worries, therefore we get relaxed.
When we get relaxed our body cells and organs absorb oxygen, blood and energy in more amounts. If each cell can absorb enough amount of these things, it will function better. So the body will get rid of its illnesses or to avoid them.

REIKI (Usui)
Reiki is one of the most effective energy healing methods. Different symbols are used for specific needs in REIKI. When you decide to learn Reiki you’ll be attuned by a Reiki master. After that, you should choose a daily meditation method.
Reiki includes 4 levels that can be taught in person or from distance. One of the Reiki effects is stress reduction and relaxation.
